.....Just a quick note to let you know how PLEASED and HAPPY we are with the work your fine crew did replacing our roof!! EVERY aspect of doing business with your company has been nothing but a PLEASANT experience!! John Sinclair was very professional, knowledgeable and VERY VERY friendly!!..(NO pressure at all, and THAT is what "sold" me). Your roofing crew was nothing short of JUST AMAZING!!! Each and every person who worked here was SO efficient, professional, and VERY VERY friendly and courteous! I could NOT believe the GREAT job they did in such little time!!! They also were so thorough in cleaning up...which I certainly did NOT expect. They took the extra time to make sure there were no nails or other debris ANYWHERE (which meant a lot to me because I have two small dogs and it would break my heart if a nail had gotten into their little paws somehow)...plus I tend to go barefoot outdoors quite often when it's warm out. But just everything about this whole experience with your company has been pleasurable. I also APPRECIATE being able to send you $300. a mo. (for the next 6 months) so that I was able to get the main house AND garage done at the same time. I just love the "look" of this new roof, too! It is just beautiful! I certainly am so proud of it, and will HIGHLY recommend your company to anyone!!

A belated thank you is certainly better than none and hope you don't find me remiss in that obligation. For the work you performed late last fall (2003) in Buxton. Needless to say that your roofing specialists plying their craftsmanship by far are the finest I have had the opportunity to observe performing their trade. The roofing materials that you recommended and installed have been performing with a singular distinction of being the finest quality available at a most reasonable cost. Taking pride in doing the best thing has given me bragging rights, especially after hearing many horror stories. Hopefully the benefits of such fine work will find their way back to you.
