No one wants to put on a new roof, but when I was left with no choice I contacted several roofers in Maine. From my first call to Austin & Sons asking for a big until the job was complete, everything was handled in the most professional, courteous and timely way. When they arrived on the first day the entire neighborhood was in awe of the way everyone knew their job and how the roofing team worked like a well-oiled machine. It’s fun watching real professionals at work. At the end of Day 1, everything was clean and neat, expect for a well-stacked pile of shingles in the driveway, waiting to be installed on Day 2. The quality and friendliness of all concerned was just as exceptional as on Day 1. When the job was complete and the roofing team departed, not only did the house look much better, the yard and grounds were immaculate. I rarely write letters about I have done around my house. The few times I have done so, it was to express my concerns about some aspect of the job. In the case of my new roof, I cannot speak highly enough of Austin and Sons.
